Orders & tracking:
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received it within 2 business days, check your spam folder or email hello@chrisera.com with your order number.
Sizing:
See our Fit & Size Help page for measurements and fit notes. When in doubt, size up — most of our pieces run true to size with a relaxed cut.
Returns & exchanges:
Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Start a return on our Return Policy page.
Shipping:
Orders ship within 2 business days. Free shipping on orders over GHS 500. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Payment:
We accept all major debit and credit cards, mobile money, and bank transfer at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
